Nightshift

There were fireflies at night at the Mountain Magnolia Inn, a bed and breakfast inn we stayed at for our anniversary several years ago. I watched them for a while. They led my eyes upwards. Then I saw all the STARS! WOW!! Up in the mountains, and hundreds of miles from the nearest large city. And new moon. I think fireflies remind us of the glory of the heavens, and within us. They bring the stars within our reach and remind us that dreams do come true.
